These terms govern your use of the marketing website at alicia.law (the “Website”), which is operated by JLEC Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Alicia Law. By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
These terms govern the Website only. Use of the Alicia platform at app.alicia.law is governed by a separate services agreement.

The Website provides general information about the Alicia service. Nothing on the Website is legal advice, and nothing on it creates a lawyer-client relationship.
Any figures produced by the ROI calculator are illustrative only, are derived entirely from assumptions you supply, and are not a quotation, forecast or commitment.
Intellectual property.
The content, design and layout of the Website, and the “Alicia” name and marks, are owned by or licensed to JLEC Limited. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce or exploit the Website or its content without our written consent.
Other names and marks appearing on the Website (including Microsoft, Outlook, Microsoft 365, AWS and Claude) are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Source legislation.
Where the Website refers to Jersey legislation, that legislation is published on jerseylaw.je under the Open States Assembly Licence – Jersey v1.0 by the States Assembly. The consolidated text is provided for information and is not a substitute for the official source; verify against jerseylaw.je.
